Super-hard Material Cubic Hydraulic Press is a special equipment that offering pressure and temperature needed for synthesis of super-hard material, which produces ultra-high pressure through hydraulic system and high temperature through high-power current. Our company Super-hard material cubic hydraulic press is developed on the base of independent innovation with completely independent intellectual property rights. Recently over 90% synthetic monocrystal diamond production in China both use this equipment. Our Super-hard Material Cubic Hydraulic  Press can form 4 to 6Gpa, up to 2000℃ ultra high pressure, high temperature environment within 100 cm³area of the cell. It is the special equipment which is widely used in producing super-hard material, researching high pressure physics, limiting material and geophysics.

Technical Features

1.From 6 directions of three-dimensional space, the geometry center of the press get stressed through the die of carbide tungsten the die of carbide tungsten anvil. To simplify the structure of carbide tungsten anvil could decrease cost.

2.6 cylinders are hinged and fixed by hinge-beam. They show a high strength and hardness.

3.The press is designed by 3D technology. Main stressed parts are calculated and optimized through Finite Element method. With high safety mechanical structure is quite reasonable.

4.Hinge-beam are integral alloy steel refining casting and treated through a special heat process. So they have a high strength and reliability.

5.Cylinders are forged by electroslag remelting steel, which can work stably in high pressure condition and has a long life.

6.Special equipment is used for numerical control processing in key parts, which has a good interchangeability and centered, and can work synchronized.

7.The high precise pressure transducer was adopted in hydraulic system. Pressure control system uses frequency conversion technology and proportional flow control valve technology which can control load and unload curve precisely.

8.Ultra-high pressure can be gained by a booster or ultra-high pressure pump group, pressure can be kept stably for a long time.

9.The high precise displacement transducer was adopted to control piston working state accurately, insure the machine reliability and safety in high pressure condition.

10.High precise power control technology was adopted in heating system to control heating power precisely.

11.Temperature direct measuring technology is used in measure temperature in the cell timely, which can be worked as feed back signal to control temperature in the cell accurately.

12.With temperature measuring technology for the pressure surface of the anvil. Water coolant temperature and flow control system, and hydraulic oil state control system, operating of the hydraulic press can be controlled to increase its operational reliability and repeatability.
